Paul Cedillo, Jr.
Paul was first licensed in 1972 after graduating from South Texas College of Law. In his career, he has focused on criminal defense, family, and civil matters. He was recognized for practicing for 50 years by the State Bar of Texas in 2020. Paul is currently enjoying a well earned retirement from the law.

John Paul Cedillo
John Paul graduated from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2013 and has focused mainly on criminal defense and immigration cases in his practice. John Paul has tried over a dozen cases to verdict and has successfully defended numerous clients facing the most serious of charges. He continues to hold a high standard for the firm. He enjoys swimming, film/theater, and international travel.

Gerald Cedillo
Gerald studied creative writing at the University of Houston before taking his talents to the Law firm. He has successfully prepared and assisted in numerous felony, misdemeanor, and immigration proceedings and has been vital to the success of the firm at trial.
Associate Attorney
Daniel "Danny" Franco
Originally hailing from the Rio Grande Valley, Danny served as a summer clerk for the firm while attending law school at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While at TMSL, he earned Order of the Barrister honors and competed with TMSL Mock Trial, successfully honing his trial skills. As a summer clerk, he assisted with trial prep on a super aggravated felony case in which we obtained a Not Guilty verdict. Danny also secured a prestigious briefing clerkship with the 13th Court of Appeals, where he worked and studied for the bar exam before returning to us.

Anna Porter
After earning her degree in liberal arts, Anna has built a career working for attorneys in different areas of the law. She brings that experience to the firm as she assists with preparing cases for trial, researching and document retention, and interacts with courts and opposing counsel regarding scheduling, discovery, and advanced motion practice.
Immigration Paralegal
Kimberly Barrientos
Kimberly focuses on our immigration cases: from removal defense to visa application, her experience and assistance in protecting our clients in their most vulnerable of situations is crucial.
Legal Assistant
Samantha Alameda
Samantha coordinates with clients, courts, and opposing counsel and assists in the organization and smooth functioning of our docket. In addition to working with our firm, Samantha is undertaking paralegal studies.
Law Clerk / Student Attorney
Malachi Ledbetter
Hailing from north Houston, Malachi is currently a second year law student at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He competes on the mock trial team and represented the school at the National Trial Competition this past competitive season.
